Abstract Submission

  • You have the opportunity to offer either an organized symposium or to present during a parallel session or a poster session
  • Submission of a full session (i.e., up to 4 presenters + 1 discussant) is encouraged.
  • We welcome abstracts that present theoretical developments alongside applied interventions.
  • Please indicate whether your prefer a symposium, an oral presentation or a poster presentation. Yet, due to limited space and time final decision regarding the acceptance for presentation and the way of presentation will be made by the conference Scientific Committee
  • Parallel Session talks should be 15 minutes long.
  • Oral sessions will be followed by a short Q&A session
  • Posters should be A0 size, and in portrait orientation. Hanging materials will be available on-site.
  • All questions regarding abstract submission should be directed to either mosheil1@post.tau.ac.il or alyagon@tauex.tau.ac.il
  • Language: English; presentations must be submitted and presented in English.
  • Please note: All presenters, in either oral or poster sessions, must register to the conference.

Guidelines for submission of a symposium:

An organized paper symposium provides for multiple oral research presentations to be made on a single theme involving a brief introduction by the chair and up to 4 presenters.

A Symposium Proposal should be submitted as one comprehensive Abstract, divided into several sections as follows: Firstly, write the Title of the Symposium, the name of the symposium Chair and a then write a short description of the Symposium (up to 200 words). This will be followed by Abstracts of each one of the presentations (each one of 200 words maximum, excluding references), in which the name of the presenter and affiliation are detailed followed by a description of the study – i.e., goals, method, major results and conclusions.

Note: One person should submit all components of the organized paper symposium together.
